Australia Tours
In Australia it is said that you don’t “know” the country until you have flown it.
Nothing could be truer. The incredibly beautiful and varied landscape that unfolds below you, the vast distances that cannot be covered easily by car and the many remote locations to which we are able to fly all add up to an experience that cannot be duplicated in any other way.
Australia has a well developed aviation infrastructure and a SAR system second to none. This adds up to a safe environment in which to fly, with procedures familiar to anyone conversant with ICAO standards. And it’s further backed up by our Lead Pilot who is with you from start to finish!
For travellers accustomed to busy airspaces, Australia is a breath of fresh air. Most of our stops are made at non-towered uncontrolled aerodromes. In fact, once away from the coast, most of the radio chatter you hear will be between your tour companions. See and be seen is the rule while in the Outback. And feel free to enjoy some low level flying in the desert, where you might see herds of wild horses or camels, or along the coast, where you might startle a saltwater crocodile basking in the sun.
Australia is truly a unique country and continent. Its variety is surprising and its ecology unseen elsewhere.
Brisbane is the arrival airport for our Eastern Australia tours and the Northern Leg of the Circumnavigator trip. For more details click on the links below:

Canada Tours
With its thousands of lakes and seemingly endless forests, Canada is a sharp contrast to Australia. It too, however, offers remote country flying and incredibly beautiful and varied scenery.
Canada’s aviation infrastructure and SAR system is also world-class.
On our Eastern Canada itinerary, you will have an opportunity to see many iconic Canadian sights such as the vast forests of the Canadian shield, Niagarta Falls, a grand Chateau hotel from the railway era, Montreal, Quebec City or the beauty of the Maritime Provinces to name a few. Here too, you will visit locations still on the “to-see” lists of many of the locals.

France Circumnavigator
France needs no introduction. The biggest challenge for us was trying to choose where to go, with so many great destinations from which to choose.
On this tour we avoid the busiest airspaces and set a very relaxed pace. You will stay in a country chateau, enjoy a champagne cellar tour, bask on the French Riviera, fly the Loire Valley and visit the Normandy beaches, to name just a few of the highlights.
This is our newest tour and we are very excited to offer it to you.

WWII Pilot-Training Adventure
Re-live the WWII flight training experience of thousands of young men who learned their skills in the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan [BCATP]!
For 8 days participants will take ground school courses and then dual flights in the same basic trainers flown during the war years; the Gypsy Moth, the Fleet Finch, the Fairchild Cornell, the Stearman and the North American Harvard.
At the end of the basic training program, pilots have the option of flying a selection of WWII front-line and vintage aircraft in the collection including the Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk, The Fairey Swordfish, the Westland Lysander, the North American Mustang and the De Havilland Beaver.
This program is offered by Air Safaris International through an exclusive arrangement with Vintage Wings of Canada. It is only available in September each year and has very limited enrolment.
