Air Safari tours are all-inclusive packages from the moment you arrive in country, except for avgas, personal expenses (e.g. travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, in-room movies) and a meal or two as identified in the itinerary. The prices below are per-person and assume 2 people in a C172, or comparable aircraft, and shared accommodation (2 people per room). They are subject to change without notice so please contact us for up-to-date price information. A $2,500 per-person deposit will reserve your spot on the tour.

Scheduling
Our tours are scheduled to run when the weather is most favourable for that route. For exact dates, please contact us.
If you wish to travel at at different time of the year than is shown below, do get in touch with us as we may be able to adjust the schedule to better fit your preferred timing.
If you have a group, we can normally add a tour to the schedule to fit your desired dates.
All trips and dates will be confirmed once a minimum number of clients are confirmed.

- 2 people in a C172 or PA28
- Shared accommodation (i.e. 2 people per room)
- Flying hours as per the flight plan
